Exciting opportunity to work with young people, delivering workshops on safe and respectful relationships in schools, colleges and youth groups.

Your role is crucial in developing and implementing a programme that caters for KS3, KS4, youth groups and special educational needs.

As a facilitator you will:

·         Support young people to develop positive relationships

·         Enable young people to recognise the signs of an unhealthy relationship

·         Empower young people to ask for help in times of need

·         Encourage young people to challenge gender stereotypes

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of students across the South West and further afield, which means nights away from home occasionally. As the job requires regular travel, you must have a full clean driving licence and use of a reliable vehicle.

Full time, 36.5 hours per week, fixed term post for 2 years in the first instance. Salary: £20,000 and 5% employer contribution to stakeholder pension.  Statutory Sick Pay.  20 days holiday plus bank holidays and privilege days. 

The post is subject to a DBS enhanced disclosure. Applicants must be experienced and passionate about engaging with young people, able to command a classroom, empathetic and have some computer literacy.
